Everything is done remotely, using secure online tools and clear communication.

We start with a short call or email to understand your business, current systems, and what you need help with.
2. Secure setup
You share read-only access to your accounting software and bank feeds. I use secure methods and follow data-protection best practices.
3. Regular work
I process transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare VAT returns, and run payroll on the schedule we agree (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
4. Clear updates
You get regular summaries and can ask questions anytime. I explain things in plain English, not jargon.

I run Imtiaz Bookkeeping Services, working remotely with small businesses and sole traders. I don't specialise in one industry; instead, I focus on doing the core bookkeeping work well and reliably.
My aim is to take the routine number work off your plate, keep your records tidy, and make sure you're ready for VAT deadlines, year-end, and any questions from your accountant.
I work entirely online, so location isn't an issue. If you're comfortable sharing your books digitally, we can work together wherever you are in the UK.
